Case Study Earth is a practice that spans public and private landscape design in Southern California, the production of artworks, and large-scale land co-management in areas of open wilderness.
To this end, and through research, land acquisition, and collaboration, a 10-acre preservation site in the Santa Monica Mountains near Malibu, CA begins as a model for these ideas. Emily Lacy and Dominic Ciccodicola, longtime friends and collaborators have undertaken the ecological stewardship project together.
